Birch is found in abundance throughout Northern regions around the globe, amongst whose people it has long been used in traditional medicinal preparations.
Birch Leaves, when brewed in a tea preparation, are used as a mild diuretic, and to relieve ailments of the urinary tract, including infections, stones and inflammation in general.
Birch leaves are also used to bring relief to rheumatic pain, arthritis and swollen, painful joints in general.

Add boiling water over the bag
Let steep for 4 to 6min
If desired sweeten with honey
Store box in a cool dry place
